In Cyprus real estate
agents charge 3-5% commission for their services. When
there are more parties involved (eg. Uk agent referral)
this fee can be as high as 10%. Cyprus 4 Properties
believes that this practice is not a way to establish a
long term relationship with our clients.
Therefore,
considering our high volume of sales and good
relationships with developers we decided to charge a flat
fee of CYPŁ1.000 per transaction and pass any savings to
the buyer. This way we are saving our clients thousands of
unnecessary expenses and establish long term relationships
with them.
We encourage you to
do your research and come to us with the prices you will
get from various sources. We will prove to you every time
that we can get the same property at a much lower price
since we will be passing the 3-10% commission to you.
An example could be.
You want to buy a property for CYPŁ210.000.
The actual price (asking price of developer / owner) of
this property is
CYPŁ200.000 and CYPŁ10.000 is the commission. With us you
will only pay
CYPŁ201.000 thus saving the extra CYPŁ9.000 of commission.
P.S. This applies
only for our investment plan division. If someone uses our
real estate division then the normal commissions apply. Of
course having clients in mind we always try to
minimize our commission in favor of our clients.
